Welcome to E-Bazaar. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a vendor on our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and selling on E-Bazaar, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Product Listings: You must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for your products.
Inventory Management: You are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels. Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your products.

3. Fees and Payments

Payment Schedule: Payments will be disbursed to your account monthly after deducting applicable fees.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your intellectual property. By listing your products, you grant E-Bazaar. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images and descriptions for promotional purposes.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and a buyer, you agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, E-Bazaar may intervene to mediate.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

E-Bazaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from your products.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Supreme Court of Belize. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Supreme Court of Belize
